Article 10.

Dach of the High Contracting Parties in who so territories cocaino is not manufactured agrees that it will not allow the importation in any year for internal consumption of a greater amount of cocaine than that specified in Article 1 (2), substituted therefor in accordance with Article 6(1).

No importation of cocaine into the territories of any of the High Contracting Parties will be allowed from the territory of any state not mentioned in Article 3, whether & party to this Convention or not, which allows the manufacture of cocaine within ite territory without having made the

notification referred to in Article 7.
